Balanced Scorecard (BSC): A set of quantitative indicators aligned with the cooperative’s mission and vision, designed to provide a comprehensive and periodic overview of institutional performance. Three-Phase Methodology:
Analysis & Diagnostic Phase: o Macro and microenvironmental analysis. o Financial analysis. o Surveys on member satisfaction and organizational climate. o SWOT analysis (FODA) developed by working groups to create a corporate-level diagnosis o Establishes a quantitative baseline.
o Development of the strategic plan including vision, mission, values, objectives, indicators (KPIs), and strategies. o Creation of a strategic map aligned with future vision. o The strategic plan is validated by the institutional planning team and approved by the Board of Directors.

Indicators and Score System:
